Use ⌘ (Command) on Mac and Ctrl on Windows. Press ? inside the app at any time to open the shortcut panel.

Tip
While a text field has focus, global shortcuts are suspended so they never interfere with typing. The A / S trims act on the selected clip relative to the edit cursor (where you clicked on the timeline). You can choose what zoom (⌘= / ⌘- and 1 / 2) centers on under Settings ▸ Timeline ▸ "Zoom anchor": "Prefer edit cursor (default)", "Always playback position", or "Mouse cursor position", which zooms around wherever your pointer is.
