Tip

Key behavior follows focus: menus, dialogs, the row editor, and the library own their local keys; ordinary keys type text in input fields. Command/Ctrl+B and J can still split or merge the prompt being edited. A / S trims use the timeline edit cursor. Keyboard zoom defaults to the mouse position; choose edit cursor or playback position in Settings → Basic settings → Timeline. Use P to preview library audio; Space controls show playback.
