Purchased credits never expire. Usage varies by song length and analysis depth (roughly 50 credits per song).
FAQ
Only active members with an Editor role or above (Owner / Admin / Editor) consume a seat. Guests with view or comment access are free and unlimited. Joining multiple projects within the same organization never consumes extra seats.
Storage is reusable: deleting projects or assets frees the space again. The organization management screen shows a per-project breakdown of usage. If you need more capacity, ask us about the Enterprise plan.
Yes. Seats can be added or removed at any time, even mid-contract. Added seats are billed prorated for the remaining period, and removed seats are credited toward the next invoice.
Registering a license unlocks every feature with the same projects you already have. Projects created on the Free plan carry over as they are.
The Team plan's monthly 1,500 credits are valid only within the current billing period and do not roll over. Credits purchased as packs never expire and are consumed after the monthly grant is used up.
Pro and Team plans accept credit card payments via Stripe. The Enterprise plan also supports invoice billing.
