Recover your license
If you lost your license key or need to release an activation on a PC you no longer have, request a recovery link at your registered email address. The link lets you reissue the key and deactivate devices.
If an active license is registered to this address, a recovery link has been sent (the link is valid for 30 minutes). It normally arrives within 5 minutes. If it does not, check your spam and promotions folders first, and allow mail from the llcheesell.com domain if you filter senders.
- You may have entered a different address from the one used at purchase.
- The Free plan and trials have no license key.
- If the license is suspended, you receive a status email instead of a recovery link.

The security check could not load. A browser extension or your network may be blocking it. Try another browser or network (a phone hotspot, for example), or email support@llcheesell.com with the address you used at purchase.

CueFlow on a deactivated device locks at its next license check (within 24 hours). Do not pick a device that is in use for a show.

Reissue license key
Invalidates the current key and issues a new one. Activated devices keep working. The new key is also sent to your registered email address.

If you have a PC you no longer use, deactivate it before you leave this page. Go to activated devices
Reissue the license key? The current key stops working immediately, including any copy shared inside your team (activated devices keep working). The new key is shown only once on this page — make sure you can write it down now.
Change your registered email address
Move your license to a different email address. We send a confirmation email to the new address, and nothing changes until you open the link in it. Once the change goes through, your current address is notified as well, so a change you did not make can be undone from that email.
