llcheesell Inc. ("we", "us", or "our") establishes this Privacy Policy for the handling of user information (including personal information) in CueFlow (the "Service").
1. Information We Collect
We may collect the following information to provide the Service and to support license management, cloud collaboration, AI features, payments, support, security, and quality improvement.
- License information: the email address tied to the license, license type / plan, activation state, and number of registered devices
- Device-related information: device ID, auxiliary device identifiers (fingerprint), OS information, and app version
- Access and security information: IP address (for rate limiting, abuse prevention, and security), access timestamps, and error information
- Usage and AI usage information: feature usage events; AI provider, model, and endpoint; token count; audio processing time; external processing job count; processing result metadata; and AI credit grants, consumption history, and balances
- Cloud project information: project data, assets (audio, images, etc.), snapshots, and version history stored in the cloud
- Collaboration information: organizations, members, roles, comments, invitation status, and display names
- Payment information: customer IDs, subscription IDs, subscription status, and billing metadata related to payments processed through Stripe (we do not store credit card numbers)
- Inquiry information: email address, subject, message body, app version, OS information, and support history
Among the above, cloud project data and inputs to AI features may include audio, lyrics, scripts, images, comments, and similar materials created or held by you. Because these may contain third-party personal information or confidential information, you should confirm the necessary rights and comply with internal rules before entering or storing them.
2. Purposes of Use
- To provide the Service and support license authentication, activation, device management, and revocation
- To provide cloud collaboration, manage organizations / members / roles, and store comments and version history
- To provide AI features and manage AI credit grants, consumption, top-ups, usage limits, and costs
- For rate limiting, abuse prevention, security, and incident investigation
- For payments, billing, contract management, and identity verification such as email-address changes
- For support, quality improvement, and notices about important matters and changes to terms or policies
3. Third-Party Provision and Service Providers
Within the scope necessary to provide the Service, we may outsource work to, or provide information to, the following external providers. These providers handle user information only to the extent necessary to provide the Service.
- Stripe: payments, subscriptions, and billing management
- Cloudflare: website, API, cloud storage (R2), database (D1), live rooms (Durable Objects / Workers), and form bot protection (Turnstile)
- Resend: transactional email such as confirmations and notifications
- AI processing providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Music.AI, Google [Gemini], AudioShake): provision of AI features such as the AI Importer
When you use the AI Importer or other AI features, your input (User Content such as audio, lyrics, and related metadata) is transmitted through our servers to the AI processing providers above. Such information is handled under each provider's terms, data processing conditions, and privacy policy. Except where required by law, where necessary to protect a person's life, body, or property, or where you have consented, we do not provide personal information to third parties other than those listed above.
4. International Transfer (Cross-Border)
Through the external providers above, your information may be processed and stored outside Japan (including in the United States and other countries). In particular, payments (Stripe), cloud infrastructure (Cloudflare), email (Resend), and the AI processing providers may have facilities or servers outside Japan.
We provide personal data to third parties located in foreign countries in accordance with Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI). By using the AI features or the cloud features of the Service, you are deemed to have consented to such provision to and processing by these overseas providers.
5. Security Measures
We implement security measures such as access control, authentication, encryption, audit logs, backups, and permission management. License keys are not stored in plain text; they are managed as hashed or HMAC values. AI API keys are not bundled with the public app and are managed server-side.
6. Retention Period
We retain collected information for the period necessary to achieve the purposes of use. Information related to licenses, billing, audits, abuse prevention, and support history may be retained after a contract ends to the extent necessary for legal, accounting, security, and dispute-handling purposes. Cloud project data is retained until deleted, or until a defined cleanup period after a contract ends.
7. Requests for Disclosure, Correction, and Deletion
Under applicable law, you may request disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, or suspension of third-party provision of your personal information held by us.
We maintain an administrator data-delete path that deletes data on a per-license basis. To request deletion or to ask questions about this policy, please contact us at the address below. Note that information necessary for license, billing, and legal compliance may be retained to a limited extent even after deletion.
8. Cookies and Analytics
The Service's website uses Cloudflare Turnstile for form bot protection. We do not currently use third-party advertising tracking cookies. If we introduce anonymous usage analytics in the future, we will explain the collected items, purposes of use, and opt-out methods.
