Privacy Policy
llcheesell Inc. ("we", "us", or "our") establishes this Privacy Policy for the handling of user information in CueFlow (the "Service").
1. Information We Collect
We may collect the following information to provide the Service, manage licenses, provide support, and improve quality.
- Beta application information: name, affiliation, email address, and intended use
- License information: email address, license type, activation state, number of registered devices, and app version
- Device-related information: device ID, OS information, app version, and hashed auxiliary device identifiers
- AI usage information: AI provider, model, endpoint, token count, audio processing time, external audio processing job count, and processing result metadata
- AI credit information: credit balances, grants, consumption history, additional top-ups, usage limits, and subscription plan
- Support information: email address, subject, message body, app version, OS information, and support history
- Payment information: if paid features are offered, customer IDs, subscription IDs, and subscription status provided by payment processors
- Anonymous usage analytics: if implemented in the future, feature usage counts, screen transitions, error events, performance metrics, and similar information
As a general rule, in operating the AI proxy, we do not store prompt text, AI-generated results, or uploaded audio content itself as server logs. However, such information may be processed temporarily for communication processing, transmission to AI providers, error investigation, or support.
2. Purposes of Use
- To provide the Service, verify identity, authenticate licenses, manage activation, and manage revocation
- To provide AI features, manage AI credit grants, consumption, additional top-ups, usage limits, costs, and abuse prevention
- To review beta applications, provide guidance, and contact applicants
- To provide support, investigate issues, and improve quality
- To notify users about updates, important notices, and changes to terms or policies
- To process payments, billing, and contract management
- To analyze anonymized or statistical usage information and improve features and stability
3. External Transmission for AI Features
When users use AI features, input content, related project information, attachments, audio files, and metadata required for processing may be sent through our servers to Anthropic, OpenAI, and other AI processing providers.
In the public version of CueFlow, we do not distribute AI API keys managed by us to user devices. AI features are provided through a server-side AI proxy. The AI proxy records metadata for usage tracking, cost management, and abuse prevention, but does not permanently store prompt text or AI-generated results.
4. Anonymous Usage Analytics
We may implement anonymous usage analytics in the future to improve the Service, detect failures, and understand usage trends. Such analytics will not include names, email addresses, prompt text, AI-generated results, audio content itself, or other information that directly identifies an individual. If implemented, we will explain the collected items, purposes of use, and opt-out methods.
5. Third-Party Provision and Service Providers
Except where we have user consent, where required by law, or where we outsource work to external providers within the scope necessary to provide the Service, we do not provide personal information to third parties. Services we use may include Cloudflare, GitHub, Stripe, Anthropic, OpenAI, and other external AI processing providers.
6. Security Measures
We implement security measures such as access control, authentication, encryption, audit logs, backups, and permission management. License keys are not stored in plain text; they are managed as hashed or HMAC values. AI API keys are not bundled with the public app and are managed server-side.
7. Retention Period and Requests
We retain collected information for the period necessary to achieve the purposes of use. Users may request disclosure, correction, deletion, suspension of use, and similar actions in accordance with applicable laws.
