Price

Prices for each plan (Pro / Team / Enterprise) and AI credit packs are shown on the pricing page. All prices are shown in Japanese yen (JPY), tax included.

Additional Fees

Internet connection and communication charges required to use the Service are borne by the user.

Payment Methods

Credit card payment (payment processing by Stripe). The Enterprise plan also supports invoice billing.

Payment Timing

Subscriptions are charged at signup and on each renewal date, and renew automatically at the end of each term. AI credit packs are charged at the time of purchase.

Timing of Service Delivery

After payment is completed (or, for invoice billing, after the prescribed procedure), the license is issued and features are enabled promptly. As a digital service, provision begins immediately or at the time specified by us.

Returns, Cancellation, and Refunds

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through the Stripe customer portal. After cancellation, auto-renewal stops and paid features become unavailable at the end of the current billing period.
Because the Service is a digital service, except where required by law, we do not refund or prorate paid fees, unused portions of a subscription period, or unused AI credits, and we do not exchange them for cash.
If a processing job in the AI Importer ends in FAILED status, no AI credits are consumed for that job.
